The bedroom has king size sleigh bed (with Egyptian cotton bed linen), fitted wardrobes, dressing table, bedside table and side lamps. Large french doors leading to Juliette Balcony with wide uninterrupted views of the surrounding countryside to the east where you can see the sun come up over the horizon. For those not keen on the sunrise, sail-style lined curtains can be closed.
- Straight ahead is the 2nd main bedroom, with king size sleigh bed and Egyptian cotton bed linen, dressing table, bedside tables and lamps and hanging area for clothes.
- On the left is the 3rd bedroom, with two single beds, large chest of drawers, hanging area and side lamps.

Guest access
All spaces in Molly's Cottage are accessible, apart from a cupboard area on the first floor, which will be locked for linens and housekeeping etc.
Other things to note
The house is situated at the end of a private drive, we ask all guests to respect our neighbours and drive slowly with walkers and local wildlife in mind.
Dogs/Pets - we are animal lovers, but not everybody else is, therefore Molly's Cottage is strictly no pets.
Absolutely no smoking inside the house, in any areas.
Beautiful newly refurbished detached holiday cottage located less than two miles from the enchanting Felbrigg Hall &Gardens and less than two miles inland from Cromer. Molly’s Cottage sleeps six, with three good size double rooms (one with twin beds) and small downstairs snug room with day bed.
With underfloor heating, wood-burning stove, fully equipped kitchen and spacious open dining and living room, Molly’s Cottage has everything you need for a wonderful North Norfolk getaway.
The local area - if its adrenalin your after, the local area has lots to offer, including Rope Courses, Go Karts etc. but for those more inclined to take in the scenery, there are many signposted footpaths and trails, including the well known Peddars Way (49 miles of roman road and countryside).
Local places to eat are many and very lovely - information will be available in the cottage with recommendations, however one in particular to note, an absolute gem, is a local french takeaway called The Pepper Pot a 5 - 10 minute drive from the cottage.
