Peaceful, beautiful, wonderful stay
We loved staying at this apartment! It was right by the ocean, exceptionally clean. We loved that we could cook every day and had all the equipment and tools for us do so. The apartment had all the amenities for relaxation and included free wi-if and Netflix. The restaurant on property had excellent food and service. The property owner, Marie was very helpful! She arranged the transport service from Santiago to her place. He also was our driver the entire 2 weeks!, Isaac was amazing! He translated for us, took us to the grocery store, took us the bank and took us to Las Terrenas. Marie set up this service and it was wonderful. Marie also set up a massage which was wonderful. The person came to the apartment and provided a one hour massage for my husband and I. Marie was available by WhatsApp for our questions. We loved the proximity of the property to excursions and the beach. The people at Vista Mare were very helpful and kind. We were able to workout in the gym and walk the property and feel very safe at all times. Finally the pool was so refreshing! They had a jacuzzi and called the manager to come and turn it on—not realizing he had to come from somewhere away from the property to do so! We were so grateful for their prompt and willing service. Great service all around. We would definitely return here if we come back to Samana. Thank you Marie and Vista Mare staff for helping us have a wonderful stay!
