Town: On the boundary of Devon and Cornwall, the little community of St. Mellion is close to the Crocadon Quarry, a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI), and the St. Mellion International Resort, which provides recreational and wellness services. The town of Saltash, which is 6 miles away, is dominated by the majestic Tamar Bridge, one of Brunel's engineering marvels. The Tamar River is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and the bridge connects Devon and Cornwall.
