The property is a completley new build from 2018, and brand new to rent for 2019. There are 4 double bedrooms all with en-suites, with one extra shower room. The house has a stunning, brand-new kitchen with everything you will need. The kitchen, dining room, and lounge are all open plan. There are unrivalled views overlooking the town, harbour, beach, sea, and river. It is undoubtedly the best view in the whole area. You can see these stunning views from the open plan space in the property, and also from the small terrace at the front.
There is a parking space for 1 car.
You are close by to breathtaking coastal paths on the South-West coast for people who like to walk. It is a place of outstanding natural beauty.
Nearby you also have watersports to participate in, including kayaking, paddle boarding, boat trips, fishing, and crabbing.
Although the property has no garden, there is a small terrace at the front of the property to sit on.
It is a completely no smoking property, including the terrace. No big groups or parties. There is an extra person charge for the 8th person as the lounge area gets a little bit tight with 8 people, but is ideal for 7.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please ensure no rubbish is left outside the property; seagulls see this as fair game.
Waste food is to be placed in compostable green sacks (provided) & placed in the green caddy under the steps at top of building - many thanks.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
