Well equipped and furnished property. Felt very homely, beds very comfortable. Living and dini g space good. Walk into Looe easy and nice to be close to pubs and restaurants. Would highly recommend.
The property is in a perfect location in Looe! Little walk down the road and you'll be down by the river. Lovely views from the living room. Plenty of space inside the property, and all the amenities you could require! Enjoyed using the games room too.
Lovely house and fully equipped for a brilliant holiday. We loved being within easy walking distance to shops, the beach and rock pools. Lots of interesting walks too. There was no traffic noise either. We would thoroughly recommend this property.
Lovely property spacious and clean. Everything was of a high standard except the mattresses, they were quite frankly awful. So uncomfortable and we all suffered because of this. Such a shame as everything else was perfect.

Thank you for your email. We are so sorry to hear that you had issues with the mattress. They were all brand new from John Lewis in 2022 and we haven't had any complaints previously so we will certainly investigate this. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. We are delighted that you otherwise found everything of a high standard.
Super house for 8 people. Weather was pretty awful most of time but house gave enough space to get away if you felt the need!! Property is fully equipped and in ideal location - close to river (we made good use of paddle boards and kyak) and not far from beach. It is a bit of a trek (lots of steps up to house) and also on a hill, but as 2 relatively fit 70+ year olds we managed to keep up with younger members of family. You can avoid the steps thru' the garden but then you have a longer stretch of hill to walk up.
House is lovely. Walk into Looe is short and downhill, harder going on the way back up but not too bad! Lots of steps to outside of property. Garage is large and space between the garages is also big enough for a large car. Only criticism is the en-suite to the 2nd double room is tiny and behind a sliding glass door right next to the bed, no privacy! Upstairs is lovely, the bedrooms downstairs are small apart from the main bedroom with en-suite which is a good size. Games room is a bonus. Beware of the seagulls in the town, they are evil, they pinch anything from your hand and crabbing is a nightmare! 😊
The property was exactly as per the photos and description. Clean, well provisioned and a short, albeit uphill, walk from the town. Parking was always available for two cars and there was no noise from any of the neighbours. The wifi was fast and strong and we enjoyed several meals out on the terrace as well as in the spacious dining area. A great place to stay and would highly recommend it to other travellers.
