Perched in an elevated position on the west side of Looe, Hawthorne is a charmingthree-bedroom cottage offering spectacular views over the river and harbour. Unlike many properties in this area, Hawthorne boasts a large outdoor space, allowing guests to enjoy the sun for much of the day during the summer months.Beautifully furnished throughout, this welcoming retreat accommodates up to six guests and two well-behaved dogs, making it an ideal choice for families or groups looking for a relaxing coastal escape.On the ground floor are the lounge and the kitchen/diner. Both the lounge and dining area feature large bay windows overlooking the river, creating a bright and inviting space. The kitchen diner is well-equipped with everything needed for a self-catering stay, including an electric oven and grill, five-ring gas burner, dishwasher, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine. Also on the ground floor, a utility room provides additional fridge and freezer space, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer and there is a downstairs WC for extra convenience.Upstairs the master bedroom boasts a super king-size bed and stunning river views, a second double bedroom, also overlooking the river, features a king-size bed and the third bedroom is a cosy twin room, perfect for children. All bedrooms have ample storage space, and both double rooms include TVs.Entertainment is well covered with a full Sky package including movies and Netflix, a Wii with games, a DVD library, toys, and books, ensuring there's something for all ages to enjoy.The real gem of this cottage is the expansive decked terrace which offers uninterrupted views over Looe, making it the perfect place to relax and watch the boats on the river.
