Haven House is a beautifully renovated holiday home with spectacular uninterrupted views over the town, river and harbour. Step into a tastefully designed space where every detail has been carefully curated for comfort and enjoyment.Location: Conveniently situated, in a quiet location only a couple of minutes walk down the hill to the centre of the picturesque coastal town of Looe, renowned for its beaches, rich maritime history, and vibrant local culture.Accommodation: The property sleeps six people in three spacious bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin), two of which have views over the harbour and town below. The house has free Wi-Fi, cozy furnishings and modern appliances. Freshly laundered linen and towels are also supplied.
Entry to the property is on the ground floor, just off the hall is the lounge which is light and airy with dual aspect windows including a bay window with seating to admire the views. It has a 42-inch smart TV and a Bose bluetooth speaker. One of the main features of this lovely room is a dual aspect woodburning stove which is visible from the lounge and the open plan kitchen/dining area.
The modern fully equipped kitchen has an oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, larder fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and cafetiere. The utility has a washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board. This lovely open plan area features a dining table and seating for six alongside an additional comfy seating area with corner sofa and a kitchen island with stools. This room is perfect for all being together whilst cooking a meal.
On the first floor are 3 comfortable spacious bedrooms decorated in a contemporary style. There are 2 doubles and one twin, all beautifully furnished with oak furniture throughout and with ample storage areas. There is a stylish modern shower room and also a family bathroom which has a shower over the bath.Outdoor Space: Outside the property is a covered veranda and a large sunny terrace with outstanding views over Looe harbour, and the town below. The house has undergone extensive modernisation completed in Autumn 2023. There is parking outside the house for 2 cars, but please note that access to the house is via 15 steps down from the parking area.Things to Do: Discover the wonders of Looe and its surroundings during your stay!
