With capacity for 4 people, distributed in two spacious bedrooms, the master bedroom with king size bed, ideal for families and couples. It has all the comforts, fibre Wifi, Smart TV and a large terrace for exclusive use that surrounds the entire house where you can relax, have lunch and sunbathe. This property is perfect for a unique holiday in the south of Gran Canaria.

This beautiful apartment is ideal for families, friends and couples, as it can accommodate up to 4 people, with 2 bedrooms, the main one with a comfortable king size bed formed by two single beds joined together and the second one with two single beds that can be joined or separated as needed. With a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, very bright, from where you can access directly to the cozy terrace of the house, which has an outdoor table, shower and sun loungers all in a large open space, where you can have lunch, relax and sunbathe. It also has Smart TV, 300mb Fibre Wifi, designed for teleworking, fan, lift and two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, in the quiet residential complex in which it is located.

With all amenities, just a few steps from supermarkets and the Mogán Mall shopping centre, where you will find a wide range of leisure and restaurants. With the beach of Puerto Rico just a few minutes drive from the property, it also has a magnificent connection to the motorway to be able to get to know the rest of the island comfortably.

The property has a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, 300mb fibre Wifi, Smart TV, lift, bed linen and shower towels and communal swimming pool in the residential complex.

Bonito apartamento para pasar una estancia soleada y genial

Perfecta vivienda para pasar unos días al sol del sur de la isla, está a pocos minutos en coche de la fantástica playa de Puerto Rico y tiene un supermercado justo enfrente de la urbanización, más cómodo imposible! El complejo también tiene piscina de adultos y niños, la estancia ha sido maravillosa, gracias también a Home2Book por su atención, repetiremos!
