An excellent location, Maria is very helpful!

We loved staying and we had a room with a view of the sea. It was easy to drive around to the small towns and Maria gave us some ideas of places to visit. It was easy to cook and there are good restaurants in the nearby town of Rodi.

Una vacanza indimenticabile

La Signora Maria Manicone ci ha accolti con gentilezza e ci ha fatto sentire a casa. La struttura è meravigliosa, un angolo di paradiso. La pulizia è impeccabile e nell'appartamento c'è tutto quello che serve. Adatto anche ai bambini, l'appartamento dista 400 metri dal mare, ma è consigliabile spostarsi in macchina. Dalla nostra terrazza abbiamo visto tramonti indimenticabili: ci mancherà tutto questo! Un grazie di cuore alla proprietaria, sempre disponibile ; l'ultima sera ci ha addirittura preparato la pizza fritta creando un'atmosfera magica non solo per il posto ma per le persone che hanno partecipato (vacanzieri come noi). Top!

Magnifique

La restauration de cette très belle villa avec une vue imprenable sur la mer contribue largement à notre perception . Maria et son mari ont tiré parti de cette villa pour en faire des appartements confortables et décorés avec élégance. Le sourire , les attentions de Maria contribuent fortement au charme de sa maison, dans laquelle on se sent bien en communication avec la nature et la mer. La proximité de belles plages, les commodites d’ station balnéaire avec son port de plaisance ( départ vers les îles Tremiti), la Forest Umbra ajoutent des atouts à. E lieu de séjour.

Traumhaft schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir können nur Gutes berichten, eine wirklich super Ferienwohnung, alles sehr sauber, ordentlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und das zu einem angenehmen Preis. Die Besitzerin( Maria) ist sehr um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht, unser Auto musste in die Werkstatt, sie hat viel für uns übersetzt uns sogar angeboten mit ihr die Werkstatt aufzusuchen oder Einkäufe zu erledigen. Besonders schön sind die Sonnenuntergänge die man direkt von der Terasse beobachten kann.

Heerlijke plek met schitterend uitzicht

De beoordelingen zijn niet overdreven, het is een heel liefdevol ingericht, zeer schoon appartement, waar we het heerlijk gehad hebben. Eigenares Maria hielp ons waar ze kon, een heel bijzondere, toegewijde vrouw die we niet zullen vergeten. De ligging op een heuvel zorgde ervoor dat we niet alleen van een schitterend uitzicht, maar zelfs hartje zomer altijd van een frisse bries konden genieten. Enige nadeel: de steile, bochtige weg omhoog, maar ach, ook die wende.

Wundervoller Urlaub im Mai

Wir haben uns in Acquamarina sehr sehr wohl gefühlt, es ist mit Sicherheit eine der schönsten Unterkünfte in ganz Gargano. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber, man hat von der riesigen Terrasse einen fantastischen Panaromablick auf das Meer, bei guter Sicht auch auf die Tremiti-Inseln, und kann wunderbare Sonnenaufgänge und auch –untergänge geniessen. Rodi Garganico ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um das ganze Gargano zu erkunden und es bieten sich auch sehr reizvolle und teilweise anspruchsvolle Radtouren sowohl mit Mountain- Bikes (Fortesta Umbra) als auch Rennrädern (Litorale über Peschici nach Vieste) an. Auch war Maria immer eine umsichtige, nette und sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin und hat uns mit ihren leckeren, selbstgeernteten Zitronen und Orangen sowie diversen Antipasti bewirtet. Vielen Dank dafür ! Als Fazit: Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen !

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung

Wir sind von der Ferienwohnung begeistert, sie ist stilvoll und mit viel Herzblut eingerichtet, sodass man sich auf Anhieb wohl fühlt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet, Geschirr, Kochtöpfe etc. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist einfach nur traumhaft und man kann sich kaum sattsehen. Zudem ist er so breit dass man sich ganz entspannt dort zum Essen hinsetzen kann, auch mit mehreren Leuten. Maria und die ganze Familie sind unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Da wir in der Nebensaison, mitte Oktober dort waren und die Temperaturen ungewöhnlich kühl wurden, bekamen wir zusätzlich wärmere Bettdecken und einen Heizlüfter, da die Wohnung ohne Heizung ausgestattet ist. Maria ist immer sehr bemüht gewesen dass alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit ist, half uns mit Wörterbüchern aus und wir durften so viele Kräuter von ihr pflücken wie wir wollten. Wer einen ruhigen und gemütlichen Ort zum Erholen und genießen sucht, ist dort auf jedenfall genau richtig. Zur Region sollte man wissen dass um diese Zeit im Oktober fast alles in der näheren Umgebung schon geschlossen hat und es teilweise verlassen wirkt. Auch die Strände werden etwas vernachlässigt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen und empfehlen es gerne weiter! Claudia und Julian

Ottima destinazione per chi vuole visitare il Gargano perché ci si può muovere facilmente in macchina. Ottima anche per chi, invece, vuole riposare, per chi vuole spazio, aria buona, pace e silenzio. L'appartamento (noi avevamo Cielo) era semplicemente perfetto. Dotato di tutto e assolutamente confortevole, oltre che bello esteticamente. I proprietari, Maria e Orazio, assolutamente disponibili e accoglienti, ti fanno sentire come a casa. La descrizione e le foto corrispondono esattamente a quello che troverete. Non rimarrete delusi, anzi! La vista mare dal vero è ancora meglio che in foto. ..Cogliamo l'occasione per salutare Maria e Orazio e per augurare loro il meglio. Grazie. Ombretta e Luigi

Perfect holiday

We enjoyed two wonderful weeks in Mara and Oratios apartement. The Apartment was very clean and we had everything we needed. There is no better way to relax under vine surrounded by olive and Lemon trees in this wonderful landscape. Maria and Oratio were very helpful and caring - there were always fresh fruits for us and of course self-made olive oil! The place is only a 5 minutes walk to the beach and all other destinations of Gargano can be easily reached. For everyone who is looking for a quiet, nice place to relax and to discover Gargano, this is a perfect place! Thank you, Maria and Oratio. Best regards Nico and Ute

Great week! / eine großartige Woche!

The house is on a hill and we had to drive on a curvy road to get to the top of the hill. At the first time we were worried about if we will manage to get up but later we got used to it. (Hint: We live in northern germany and were not used to hills) The appartment itself is beautyful and the landlady and her family are kind and friendly. They live on the groundfloor of the same house, the appartment is on the first floor. We had a great view from our balkony: other hills, the beach, the ocean and the tremity islands. There are several amazing beaches in the area of rodi. the clostest ones were the beach of rodi itself and the beach of san menaio. We also visited other beaches and the city of vieste. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the appartment to everyone searching for a quiet spot with a great view and an amazing environment. Das Haus steht auf einem Hügel wir mussten eine kurvige Straße entlang fahren, um auf den Hügel zu kommen. Beim ersten mal haben wir uns sorgen gemacht, ob wir hinaufkommen, danach haben wir uns daran gewöhnt. (Wir leben in Norddeutschland und sind nicht an Hügel gewöhnt) Das Appartment selbst ist wunderschön und die Vermieterin und ihre Familie sind sehr höflich und nett. Sie wohnen im Erdgeschoss des gleichen Hauses, während das Appartment im ersten Stock ist. Wir hatten einen großartigen Blick von unserem Balkon: Andere Hügel, den Strand, das Meer, die Tremity Inseln. Es gibt mehrere tolle Strände in der Gegend um Rodi. Am nächsten waren der Strand von Rodi selbst und der Strand von San Menaio. Wir haben auch andere Strände und die Stadt Vieste besucht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen und empfehlen das Appartment jedem, der einen ruhigen Ort sucht, der eine großartige Aussicht und eine tolle Landschaft bietet.

Fantastica

Sul "Gargano" non c'è niente da aggiungere, è già stato detto tutto delle sue bellezze e del suo mare cristallino. Sul casale e gli appartamenti possiamo solo aggiungere che è tutto perfetto, come stupendo è il panorama che si può ammirare dal terrazzo di questa splendida villa. Non c'è proprio nulla che stoni, perfino la pace e la tranquillità hanno fatto da cornice ad una vacanza che porteremo nel cuore per sempre. Un pensiero speciale va però a Maria e Orazio, due persone davvero speciali che è stato un piacere conoscere e alle quali va tutta la nostra ammirazione ed affetto. Emanuela e Raffaele

Meravigliosa

Quello che si può dire del posto, il Gargano, è già ampiamente stato detto e descritto da tanti: semplicemente divino! Il casale è a dir poco stupendo, sia per quanto riguarda la struttura e gli appartamenti, sia per lo splendido panorama che delizia anche lo spettatore più scettico. Per tutti coloro che cercano la pace e il silenzio è un vero paradiso per disintossicarsi dallo stress e dalla routine quotidiana. Infine grande ammirazione per i proprietari, Maria ed Orazio, due persone davvero speciali, ai quali va tutta la nostra ammirazione ed affetto. Vacanza da sogno

Rodi Garganico - appartamento Acquamarina n. 1050545 - Le parole non possono descrivere le sensazioni, l'armonia, l'infinito benessere che si provano in questo paradiso immerso nella natura incontaminata e nel mare cristallino del Gargano. "Acquamarina" è l'appartamento per eccellenza, LA VACANZA DA SOGNO, un sogno che resta nella mente e che vogliamo sicuramente rivivere. Un appartamento che permette di evadere tra mare, uliveti, aranceti e senza dimenticare la fantastica vista dei tramonti sulle Isole Tremiti. Tanti i ricordi e la voglia di tornare, tutto questo grazie a persone " Magnifiche" e con un cuore enorme .... grazie Maria, Orazio, Antonio e Giovanni, soprattutto voi siete stati l'emozione più grande. Stupenda vacanza

Abbiamo vissuto una settimana di soggiorno a Rodi Garganico che possiamo definire indimenticabile. L' appartamento Acquamarina è superlativo sotto ogni aspetto: arredato con gusto, pulitissimo, curato nei dettagli, tranquillo con panorama incantevole dal grande terrazzo. L'accesso al casale salendo dalla litoranea la prima volta è un po' impegnativo perché piuttosto ripido ma già la seconda volta è percorribile con più facilità. La spiaggia è raggiungibile anche a piedi impiegando dieci minuti. L'accoglienza premurosa e familiare dei proprietari Maria ed Orazio ha reso ancora più perfetta la nostra vacanza. wuderbar erholsamte Urlaubstage

Wir haben im Apartment "Aquamarin" eine wunderbare Urlaubswoche erleben dürfen. Das Apartment ist sehr liebevoll und stimmig eingerichtet und man fühlt sich vom ersten Augenblick an sehr wohl, so dass der Urlaub gleich beginnt. Die Terrasse ist ein absoluter Traum, auf der wir jeden Abend den Blick über das Meer und wundervolle Sonnenuntergänge genießen konnten. Das Haus liegt auf einem Hügel, so dass man den Urlaub in absoluter Ruhe genießen kann. Die Vermieter, Maria und Oratio, waren sehr herzlich und haben uns mit Orangen, Olivenöl und Marmelade versorgt. Bei Fragen waren sie immer hilfsbereit zur Stelle. Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Lage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Wir würden jederzeit nochmals dort Urlaub machen (dann auch gerne länger) und schicken ein herzliches "Grazie per tutto" an Maria und Oratio. Beste Grüße von Kerstin und Mark

casa vacanza 1050545 Siamo Andrea e Elisabetta di Firenze e per la prima volta abbiamo scelto di fare una vacanza in Puglia con me molto scettico sulla scelta della zona. Appena arrivati ho immediatamente e con molta soddisfazione cambiato opinione e mi sono ricreduto. Casale incantevole circondato da colline di agrumeti e olivi che danno un fascino particolare a tutto l'ambiente. Visuale splendida sul mare da dove ogni sera potevamo ammirare splendidi tramonti. Spiagge belle e accessibili in pochi minuti a piedi e in macchina. L'appartamento Acquamarina è incantevole e rifinito nei minimi dettagli grazie alla cura e l'attenzione dei proprietari Orazio e Maria. Il soggiorno è stato splendido grazie anche alla gentilezza, disponibilità e cordialità dei proprietari che ci hanno fatto sentire come di famiglia. Vi consigliamo vivamente di trascorrere una vacanza da Maria e Orazio, non rimarrete delusi.

Una bomboniera sul Gargano

E' difficile trovare le parole per descrivere che posto incantevole sia questo. Il casale è molto accogliente, curato sin nei piccoli particolari, pulitissimo e dotato di ogni comfort (compreso wi-fi gratuito). Il contesto con ulivi, agrumeti e vista mare è spettacolare! I proprietari Maria ed Orazio sono stupendi, sempre attenti ad ogni necessità e con la cordialità di chi appena arrivi ti fa sentire come a casa. Che altro dire...se volete visitare il bellissimo promontorio del gargano, questo è il posto dove soggiornare! Grazie a Maria ed Orazio.
