Thanks to my loved ones, we tried to bring a touch of warmth and a relaxing atmosphere in and around the house itself.
Why they chose this property
Villa located right next to the sea with direct access to the beach. You can spend a large part of the day outdoors, like in the large living room either under the sun or in the shade, with a beautiful summer fully equipped kitchen. Several different terraces on different levels, with chairs, armchairs and swings, allow everyone to find their own place to relax with a good book or music. Hot tub, boat, SUP, shisha part or grill are just some of the possibilities to fill your day.
What makes this property unique
In our villa on the island of Čiovo, (connected by 2 bridges) you can enjoy the wonderful feeling of life by the sea. Bright, airy rooms and modern furniture make it an oasis of relaxation where you can also bring two pets. Go out on the balcony with your first morning cup of coffee and be enchanted by the beautiful view.
To enjoy the beautiful weather outdoors, you have a choice between several terraces. Sit comfortably in the sun on a sun lounger and enjoy the view of the lovingly decorated Mediterranean garden, olive trees and the sea.
