House is south facing, very quiet, large terrace and mediterranean garden, full equipped summer kitchen, terraces, deck chair, barbecue, ideally located on the sea.
You can use canoe, SUP 2x, hot tub, boat 5 meters with engine (in summer time) - no extra charge.

Perfection

Goran’s property is magical. Our family enjoyed everything from cooking together in the outdoor kitchen, swimming in the sea that is just steps away, doing water sports and admiring the incredible scenery both on the property (Goran’s flowers are spectacular) and on the water. We could not have found a more perfect place. Goran was so friendly and helpful and everyone one of us was able to relax and enjoy family time together in this wonderful location. We will be back!!

Thanks to my loved ones, we tried to bring a touch of warmth and a relaxing atmosphere in and around the house itself.

Why they chose this property

Villa located right next to the sea with direct access to the beach. You can spend a large part of the day outdoors, like in the large living room either under the sun or in the shade, with a beautiful summer fully equipped kitchen. Several different terraces on different levels, with chairs, armchairs and swings, allow everyone to find their own place to relax with a good book or music. Hot tub, boat, SUP, shisha part or grill are just some of the possibilities to fill your day.

What makes this property unique

In our villa on the island of Čiovo, (connected by 2 bridges) you can enjoy the wonderful feeling of life by the sea. Bright, airy rooms and modern furniture make it an oasis of relaxation where you can also bring two pets. Go out on the balcony with your first morning cup of coffee and be enchanted by the beautiful view.

To enjoy the beautiful weather outdoors, you have a choice between several terraces. Sit comfortably in the sun on a sun lounger and enjoy the view of the lovingly decorated Mediterranean garden, olive trees and the sea. Delight the whole family with a delicious barbecue dinner on the covered terrace and end the day with a swim in the outdoor hot tub.

With the sea at your doorstep, you always have the opportunity for soothing refreshment on hot days. Discover the beautiful beaches and coves of the island with a boat that is at your disposal in the summer months. Have fun riding a SUP or enroll in a diving school, located in the bay itself. Take a walk through the impressive historical center of Trogir or Split.
