Apartment with lake view located in one of the oldest buildings in the village, at the top of the famous and beautiful Salita Serbelloni, the typical staircase street, the oldest in the village, where all the best shops and restaurants in the center are located.
The apartment is on the third floor, without a lift, and opens onto the living area, consisting of a living room with a sofa and dining table, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Continuing through the house, you will find the sleeping area, consisting of two bedrooms with queen-size beds and spacious wardrobes. The layout of the house is completed by a bathroom with shower, located outside the apartment.
*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.

Lake Como offers some of the most striking urban, landscape and architectural gems of the entire Italian peninsula. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, you can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the top of Monte San Primo, reachable with a dense network of paths and itineraries for lovers of trekking and nature. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.
