The "BIRRI SUL MARE" houses in NOTO / LIDO DI NOTO / NOTO MARINA / province of SIRACUSA date back to the 1960s and have been transformed into short-term rental HOLIDAY HOMES since the early 2000s, decently and adequately curated, furnished and equipped, with the privilege of being in one of the most beautiful stretches of the southeastern Sicilian coast, overlooking the magnificent Eloro Pizzuta beach, in the heart of the Eloro Archaeological Park and right where the Vendicari Protected Natural Reserve begins. The entire area is protected with access allowed only to residents and guests.

All houses are equipped with wi-fi, washing machine, air conditioning; the larger houses are also equipped with a dishwasher. The nearest grocery stores, bars, and restaurants are located 400 meters from the "BIRRI SUL MARE" property.

In particular, VENDICARI holiday home for up to 4 people (2 adults + 2 children) or up to 3 adults: a large bedroom with a double bed + 1 single bed, where it is also possible to add a cot / baby bed (on request), living room with futon sofa + dining area and kitchen, anteroom and bathroom with sanitary ware and shower. Outside fenced private garden with veranda terrace, sea view, and Vendicari Protected Natural Reserve.

The sea here is truly beautiful, with its clear and clean water, fine sand, and, at the two ends of the bay, low cliffs.

Upon arrival, guests find the houses always thoroughly and professionally cleaned, sanitized, and already complete with all textiles, provided by one of the most serious linen rental companies in the area. An important objective for us is to maintain a high standard of cleanliness, order, and safety over time, without compromises.
