The villa offers 4 bedrooms, two with a double bed and two with two single beds. Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor of the house, while the fourth one is on the first floor of the villa. All rooms have a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the ground floor of the villa, you will find a fully equipped modern kitchen with a wooden dining table for eight people. On the top floor of the house, there is a spacious living room perfect for pleasant moments spent in the company of your loved ones. The entire villa, thanks to the large glass walls, receive all-day natural light, and at the same time offers you a view of the pool and the open sea.

In the spacious courtyard of the villa, at your disposal, there is a heated swimming pool with a view of the greenery and the sea, as well as associated deck chairs for all-day lounging in the pleasant Mediterranean sun. There you will also find a covered lounge area where you can carelessly sip your first-morning coffee. The fully fenced yard offers also three parking spaces for your cars.
