Stunning home in Labin

This Mediterranean vacation home is located near the most beautiful beaches (10 minutes drive). It is ideal to relax in the green surroundings. From the terrace on the 1st floor you can see the sea and the Kvarner Bay. The garden is dominated by a beautiful pool, where you can relax in an intimate atmosphere. On the terrace, a barbecue and the pool table bring variety. Apart from the beautiful living area with fireplace, on the first floor there are two bedrooms with bathrooms and an additional toilet. Upstairs are two bedrooms with bathrooms and terrace. The house is air-conditioned, equipped with floor heating and each bedroom has its own TV. In about 20 minutes you can walk to Labin, where there are many cultural events in the summer. A multifunctional fitness equipment is also available.

Tolle, sehr ruhige Lage im Grünen mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht. Das Haus ist geräumig und mit allem eingerichtet, was man im Alltag braucht. Für Unterhaltung sorgen Billiardtisch, Trampolin und der große Pool. Auch eine Dartscheibe ist vorhanden. Die Betten sind bequem, in der Küche fehlt es an nichts.Zwei mal die Woche kommen die Poolboys und reinigen den Pool. Von ihnen haben wir noch gute Freizeittips bekommen.
