The apartment, with its barrel-vaulted walls and ceiling, retains the distinctive character of an old rustic home, while being made comfortable, welcoming, and meticulously maintained to ensure you have a wonderful holiday—relaxing in peace and quiet, surrounded by nature among lakes and mountains, and with magnificent walking trails!

The large kitchen-living room with armchairs and a sofa is fully equipped with appliances (toaster, electric oven, microwave, kettle, Melita coffee maker); the kitchen has limited natural light but is well-lit by artificial lighting!

2 bathrooms: 1 bathroom with a shower (including a waterfall showerhead), sink, toilet, and bidet;

Heating: During the transitional seasons (fall and spring), heating may be used as needed; an additional fee is to be agreed upon at the time of use or booking.
For the fireplace, during cooler seasons, a basket of firewood is provided free of charge; any additional firewood is the responsibility of the guests!

The vegetable garden, located 50 metres from the house, is small and well-tended with flowers and vegetables; it features a table with benches, lounge chairs, and a barbecue, offering a splendid view of the valley, Lake Garda, and Tenno Castle!
A locked storage room for bicycles is available to guests!
Walks to Lake Tenno are a 15-minute walk, and Mount Calino is a 40-minute walk!
The house features tastefully selected furniture and linens. Located in the centre of the village of Calvola, surrounded by greenery and offering views of the mountains, it sits across from a small Roman-era church—all of which will make your stay truly special!
The exposed stone walls throughout the village give it a particularly charming atmosphere! The completely renovated house, rustic yet elegant, is ideal not only for those who love relaxation, tranquility, nature, and culture, but also for those who enjoy sports (cycling, hiking, and much more...).
