Villa Anakalida Kastraki Naxos

Villa Anakalida is a Cycladic style villa that equally balances luxury and functionality. It is subtly integrated with the natural setting by extensive use of natural materials. It has an air of openness and lightness, where one can relax far away from the stress of urban life, while actually being close enough to all holiday and tourist attractions.
The villa can be utilised for a minimum of 2 people to a maximum of 6 people. (RATES DIFFERENTIATE ACCORDING TO GUEST NUMBER).

The villa overlooks the unique Kastraki and MikriVigla bay while surrounded by open fields. It is strategically located for those who wish to be close to Kastraki, MikriVigla, Plaka beaches, and Plaka day cafes, restaurants, taverns and night life, but to also be far enough from the crowd and the disturbance, enjoying relaxing holidays. It is an ideal destination for families or a group of friends wishing to combine coastal and mountain activities such as swimming, water sports, hiking and more. We advise car or bike rental in order to explore the island.

The villa consists of 3 bedrooms arranged in 2 floors. The 1st bedroom has a king size bed, plenty of cupboard space and access to a balcony with a pergola for the sun. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed, cupboards and a balcony with access to the outdoor area of the villa. The 3rd Bedroom has two single beds and plenty of cupboards. The main area of the villa is open plan design with a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, dining table and sitting area with sofa and couches. On the 1st floor there is one more kitchenette with stove top, sitting and dining area. There are 2 well designed bathrooms with shower, arranged on each floor. The villa has a washing machine and dryer.
The villa has split system air conditioners throughout and WIFI Starlink.

The front veranda is equipped with a pergola for the sun, an outdoor table for 10 people, a perfect area to enjoy breakfast and dinner with sea view of the Kastraki bay surrounded by the olive trees of the villa plot. The 1st floor veranda is equipped with pergola for the sun and an outdoor table for 4 people.
