Villa Glyfada is a three level villa located in one of the most sought out tourist areas of Naxos due to the number of superb beaches and privacy of the area. Orkos, Kastraki, Glyfada and Pyrgaki being some of the beaches close by. The house is located in Glyfada area. A bus stop is also very close in a distance of 250 meters. The beautiful sandy beach of Glyfada is located between the beaches of Kastraki and Alyko approximately, 17kms from Naxos Town. Within close proximity a guest can indulge traditional authentic Greek and local cuisine at Axiotissa restaurant, Faros restaurant, Apolafsis restaurant and Glyfada restaurant. The closest supermarket is located within 50 meters of the villa with fresh coffee and bakery. We advise car rental in order to explore the island.

Νοτια της Ναξου, ιδανικη επιλογη για την αποφυγη της πολυκοσμιας του Αυγουστου!

Ανετη κατοικια, με ιδιωτικη πισινα, για 8, max10 ατομα.Στο κεντρικο τμημα της υπαρχει 1 Υ/Δ και με εξωτερικες σκαλες 2 διαμερισματα με 2 Υ/Δ το καθενα. Κοντινες ιδανικες παραλιες Καστρακι και Αλυκο.Απεναντι S/M.Ηρεμη περιοχη.Δυστυχως δεν υπαρχει αυλοπορτα που να κλεινει την προσβαση στον κεντρικο δρομο για τα μικρα παιδια. Λειπουν επισης 2 a/c σε 2 υπνοδωματια και για τους λατρεις της τηλεορασης υπαρχει μονο 1 στο σαλονι! Με μερικες βελτιωσεις, προσθηκες(οπως καθρεφτης για ελεγχος αυτοκινητων στην εξοδο), αγορα τοστιερας, ενισχυση φωτισμου στα μπανια, θα γινει πολυ καλυτερη.

Urlaub im Keller

Wie auf den Fotos zu sehen handelt es sich hier um eine neue Villa nahe am Strand und mit Meerblick. Also ein schönes Domizil um 1 oder 2 Wochen zu entspannen. Das kann man auch, wenn man sich vorher im Klaren darüber ist, was man hier bucht. Denn bei der deutschen Beschreibung handelt es sich um eine automatische Google-Übersetzung aus dem Englischen, bei der man einige Merkwürdige Formulierungen wie "der U-Bahn" , die keinen Sinn zu machen scheinen, wohlwollend überliest. Dort angekommen merkt man, was damit gemeint ist. Die Villa ist neu, geschmackvoll ausgestattet, hat hochwertige Türen und Fenster und einen kleinen Swimmingpool, der für den Bedarf völlig ausreichend ist. Also beste Voraussetzungen, um den Urlaub mit Freunden oder mit mehreren Familienangehörigen zu verbringen, zumal die Miete ja kein Schnäppchen ist. Von den angegeben 5 Schlafzimmern befinden sich aber 4 im Keller!! Das Haus hat lediglich 1 Schlafzimmer!! im 1. OG, das wars!! Die restlichen 4 SZ sind alle im Untergeschoss. Jetzt macht die "U-Bahn" der automatischen Übersetzung einen Sinn. Das Grundstück, auf dem sich die Villa befindet ist flach, es gibt keine Hanglage. Ergo müssen bis auf 2 Personen, die im OG einen schönen Ausblick genießen können, alle restlichen Mitreisenden sich mit dem Charme eines Kellerzimmers begnügen. Zudem liegt das Haus direkt an der Strasse, die den Süden der Insel mit der Hauptstadt verbindet. Das hat uns aber selbst in der Hochsaison nicht als störend. Wer also von der Beschreibung ausgehend eine idyllische Villa mit 5 Schlafzimmer und 125m2 erwartet, kann eine böse Überraschung erleben, denn die Hälfte der Wohnfläche befindet sich im Kellergeschoss. Wer von vornherein weiß, worauf er sich einläßt, kann hier eine erholsame Zeit verbringen, denn ohnehin hält man sich eher auf der Veranda oder rund um den Swimmingpool auf. Allerdings sollte man wissen, dass der Strand nicht 100m, sondern mindestens 600m entfernt ist, da der direkte Zugang zum Meer über die Dünen nicht möglich ist....
