Kamari Villa-H With Private Pool

**New starting 2025: Greek accommodation tax of 15€/night must be collected in cash on arrival. Subject to any changes in Greek law.

Ideal for families with young children!

This villa is one of four detached villas, which are built in a half circle, so that each villa has a front-row position and commands a clear view to the sea.

Comfortable and private.
It is ideal for couples and for families.

The villa is a two-story building with dome, white washed walls and blue shutters.

The ground floor has 2 bedrooms, one double (queen size bed) and one twin (2 single beds), shower/wc, and a veranda that overlooks the mountains. Air conditioning and ceiling fans in both bedrooms.

The top floor has one double bedroom (queen size bed), and a bathroom w/bath tub. Bedroom has air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

On that same floor is a living room, dining area and kitchen.
Kitchen is fully equipped: full size oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle & coffee machine.
There is a hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and a television, DVD player, fans and air conditioning in all bedrooms.

Washing machine.

WIFI access.

Ample outdoor space and wonderful views to the sea.

The living room opens onto an outdoor breakfast/dining patio with pergola. A few steps down lead to the garden, and a sheltered area with a built-in barbeque.

Off to one side & accessed through the living area, is a swimming pool (8.5m x 3m) and a sitting area with sun beds, built-in sofas and pergola.

Between the bedroom & bathroom there is a back door, which opens onto a covered veranda facing the mountains.

Roof top terrace for star gazing and yoga..

Minimum rental period: 5 days.
Check in 15:00, check out 11:00.
Capacity: 4-6 persons.
Cleaning every 7 days.
Car rental is essential!
*Please note that motorbikes/ATV-type vehicles are not permitted at Kamari village to keep the peaceful, quiet atmosphere our guests expect.

Lovely villa, plenty of space and good facilities. Pool was a great size and the view is fantastic. Also loved the roof terrace for late night stargazing! Short walk to a well stocked small supermarket and a couple of nice local restaurants. Need a car but it’s a great spot for exploring the beautiful island of Naxos.

This place was perfect. Away from town, private, and peaceful. Town was only a 25 minute drive away and multiple beaches near by.

Fantastic villa, great location

Lovely villa and swimming pool. Well equipped kitchen, lots of storage space, nice welcome package. Location was excellent and supermarket with all you need 5 minutes walk away. Local beaches gorgeous and great restaurants.

Really sweet villa with an amazing view on the sea

Really nice, we spent a week there and the villa was really great. The few times we needed help, staff was here to help us so very great service. It was a really good time

Lovely spot

The villa was perfect for our group of 5 friends. Talke took excellent care of us! The pool and 10 minute walk to the beach was perfect. We visited the Gratsias Market for most of our needs and enjoyed Faros and Apolatsi Restaurant for dinner.

We had a wonderful stay on Naxos and were really pleased we chose this quieter part of the Island. Close to some gorgeous tavernas, easy reach to the shops, close to several beautiful beaches and the views from the villa is really lovely. Our flight was delayed meaning we arrived quite late in the evening. Alexandra was really charming and kindly waited to greet us making us really welcome. The villa has three good bedrooms with effective air conditioning and very comfy beds. Don’t expect a view from the bedrooms which were all closed off keeping them cool but no views. The central areas are very comfortable with really great views out to sea. Lovely pool and comfortable outdoor seating areas. We wanted to watch the England matches and the hosts very kindly sourced us an HDMI cable to enable us to link to our laptop. Our only reservation was that the water was quite difficult to regulate and we mostly had luke warm/cool showers and the water pressure meant that only one person could shower at a time. My personal concern was the lack of outside shade from mid afternoon. There are two outside shaded areas but as the sun moves in the day both are fully exposed making it difficult for me ( I burn incredibly easily) to sit outside until sunset. We loved Glyfada beach, gorgeous water, quiet and the taverna was really good with traditional Greek food done really well. It was literally a 2 minute drive away as were two very good supermarkets. We loved our stay, thank you!

Lovely villa

Great villa. 3 good rooms and kitchen/sitting/dining area - worked well for us as a family if 5 with teenage kids and having our own pool made for keeping the kids happy very easy. Villa is about 20 mins easy drive from Naxos. Close but just far away enough to lose the crowds. Lovely big beach within walking distance or 5 mins drive. Other beaches nearby too. 2 restaurants within a couple of mins drive and Convenience store at bottom of road to Villa. Villa in good order. Very helpful property manager/team. Would absolutely recommend and use again for families.

Our family of 6 very much enjoyed our stay at the villa! The air conditioning worked great and my kids enjoyed the pool (although it was brisk!). It was close to grocery stores, bakeries, and restaurants! The host was very helpful. Definitely would recommend!

The villa was lovely and felt open. There were separate doors onto a shaded veranda and also into the pool area which had a shaded table. It was clean and we had everything we needed. All the bedrooms were air-conditioned and the bathrooms were clean. There was a barbecue at the back of the property and parking on site.The host met us at the property, spoke excellent English, was very friendly, and was easy to contact.The property had wonderful views and superb sunsets. You could sit overlooking the sea and watch the sun go down. Although it was in a quiet part of the island, there was a supermarket within a few minutes walk (which had everything you might need) and a couple of restaurants within 10-15 minutes walking distance. The beach was a 5-10 minute walk and there were other beaches within a mile of the villa. Although you would probably need a car to get to the villa from the main port, you wouldn't need one to get by once you're there.Highly recommended.

Perfekter Urlaub mit kleinen Hinternissen auf der Heimreise

Das Haus ist perfekt. Es ist alles da, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Die Nähe zum Strand (10 Gehminuten) ist genial, ebenso der Strand. Auch andere schöne Strände sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Eine Fahrt in die Stadt ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter in dem nahe gelegenen Markt. Der Empfang durch Talke war sehr herzlich. Sie hat uns viele Fragen beantwortet und war über WhatsApp immer zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein herliches Urlaubsdomizil. Die Rückreise war etwas holprig. Systemausfall am Flughafen in Naxos. Koffer verschwunden in Athen. Verspäteter Abflug in Athen und Belgrad. Aber das hat ja nichts mit dem Vermieter und dem Objekt zu tun. Wir haben es trotzdem genossen.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances, dans cette maison qui était au delà de nos attentes : la vue est tout simplement magnifique, nous en avons profité à tous les moments de la journée, la piscine est très agréable, rien à redire. Maison propre et très bon accueil, nous en étions très contentes!
