This unique property situated in one of the island’s most idyllic areas, is sure to offer an authentic, comfortable, and relaxing island experience. Guests can enjoy their separate, independent quarters, idyllic gardens, patios, al fresco dining, barbecue and outdoor lounge areas and cool down or enjoy a siesta by the pool. In the evening, projecting a movie on the screen under the stars will offer a unique, relaxing private cinema experience!

In Isterni, only a 5 minute drive from the lively town of Naousa and a 15 minute walk to the nearest beach, this unique, renovated stone-built traditional villa, consists of three independent levels with separate entrances. The 200 sq.m house is located on a 2.500 sq.m. plot of land with panoramic views of the island’s fields and the Aegean sea. The pool area, garden as well as the patios offer shaded areas under pine trees, a grape vine and bougainvillea pergolas.

The living quarters offer plenty of comfort and privacy. The larger house (Main House pictures) has three bedrooms, one double, one single -adjacent to the double with no door and one with two single beds as well as a large living/ dining room with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with shower and a traditional kitchen. The stone-paved patio has built-in seating and a traditional outdoor oven for barbecues.

The second building consists of a smaller flat (Ground Floor Apartment pictures) with a double bedroom and bathroom and an upper level flat (First Floor Apartment pictures) with an open plan kitchen, living/ dining room with built-in seating, a double bedroom and en-suite bathroom with shower.

All bedrooms have traditional built-in beds and are fully air-conditioned. All bathrooms are renovated in the traditional Cycladic style. There are three spacious outdoor living/dining areas, hammocks and lounge chairs under the trees and two indoor lounges with traditional built-in seating. There is also a projector and screen for a unique outdoor private cinema experience! The home's features such as storage inlets in the walls and fluid architecture make it an ideal property for a genuine Cycladic experience with modern amenities.

All areas including the pool, gardens and outdoor living areas are private used exclusively by the guests.

This property is suitable for families with children (cot, toddler bed, highchair are available), groups of friends as well as couples. Additional beds can be provided if needed. Parking area for three cars.

The property is located in Isterni, a traditional settlement, only a 5 minute drive from the lively town of Naousa and a 15 minute walk to the nearest beach. There are plenty of opportunities for sport and entertainment nearby. The local horse riding farm offers a daily tour of the neighborhood whilst one the island s most renown windsurfing beach is just a few minutes drive away. Those who appreciate fine wine should not miss the opportunity to experience wine tasting during a visit to the local vineyard.
