"Big Blue" Sea Front Villa - Naousa Paros

"Big Blue Villa" is a really spacious sea front Cycladic style Villa featuring two levels of total 200 sq.m.

The Villa is situated at the edge of Naousa's peninsula, offering breathtaking 180 degree views of the Aegean Sea! It is only 100m. away from a beautiful golden sandy beach 'Agioi Anargyroi' and a few minutes walk from Naousa's vivid center. It's the ideal location to be!

The first floor has a fully fitted bathroom and three large bedrooms, each with their own veranda overlooking the Aegean sea and overhearing the waves.

The ground floor gives you the illusion that you are literally in the sea, as there is an undistributed view to the Aegean sea through all windows in the living room. In the ground floor you have the main kitchen, equipped with all the modern amenities as well as two spacious verandas where you can enjoy your lunch/dinner depending on the time of the day and weather. There is also a 2019 renovated ensuite large double bedroom, a brand new minimal bathroom plus all rooms are equipped with brand new air conditioning. For larger groups one of the sofas in the living room can be converted into a double bed.

The house is surrounded by a lovely garden and has a traditional stonemason BBQ overlooking the sea. Check in is at 4:00PM and check out at 11:00AM, unless otherwise requested. Kindly note that the garage and the lower ground studio are completely independent from the Villa and will not be accessible, as we need to have access to them and are occupied by the housekeeper.

We would be more then happy to get you comfortable in your new surroundings, either by recommending restaurants, bars, beaches according to your taste or by organising for you private tours of the island, access to yoga lessons, boat excursions, private chef, car rental etc. Please do not hesitate to ask, we are here to provide local insights and make your holidays even more carefree and memorable!
