About this property

Very beautiful recent villa, contemporary style, with swimming pool, view and sea access at 100 m, which can accommodate up to 8 people. It is made up of two buildings, linked together by a stone wall. It draws several courtyards in which there is an outdoor kitchen and dining room, as well as garden furniture in the shade of the shade sails, and the swimming pool.

The first building includes a living room, a kitchen area, the master bedroom and its bathroom (shower) and toilets.

The second, three identical bedrooms, all independent. Each bedroom has a double bed, its own bathroom, shower and toilet.

You will enjoy an incredible view of Naoussa at nightfall and several beaches within walking distance, the closest of which at the bottom of the garden, 100 m from the entrance, as well as numerous hiking trails in a protected reserve.

The house is equipped with two refrigerators, a freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, plancha.

Amazing stay in a gorgeous property

Everything about our experience in Olivier's house was perfect: - the views on the bay and Naoussa - the proximity to beautiful Monastiri beach and day club, and Naoussa - amenities, comfort, design - probably the most aesthetically pleasing house I've ever stayed at - friendliness and reactivity of Olivier and Aleksandra Couldn't have imagined a better place to stay for our trip to Paros.
