Our apartment is thoughtfully designed to offer the convenience of self-check-in, with keyless entry and a smart lock, allowing you to effortlessly arrive and settle in at your own pace.
Designed to accommodate (sleep) up to 4 adults, the apartment features a spacious open-plan living room and kitchen area, perfect for socializing. The large master bedroom offers a king-size bed, while the second bedroom, separated by sliding glass doors, provides a private queen-size bed (The sofa should not be used for overnight sleeping).
The bathroom boasts a walk-in shower with fantastic water pressure, ensuring a refreshing start to your day. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine for your convenience. We provide bed linen and bath towels.
Stay connected with our high-speed WiFi (200mbps), and enjoy the cosy warmth of central heating during winter months. The apartment features an air conditioner that effectively cools the entire apartment. Additional amenities include a hairdryer, drying rack, iron, ironing board, smart speaker, and smart Android TV for your entertainment.

- No loud music or partying is allowed at any time! But then, there is no need to bring the party home - you have everything you need just outside the door!
- For added security, a Nest Doorbell security video camera is installed at the entrance door, doubling as a doorbell. It activates and records when motion is detected, ensuring your peace of mind.

Why they chose this property
We bought this apartment 5 years ago but only finished renovating it in January 2023. Both Tatev and I spend a lot of time in Yerevan, and the apartment was initially bought so we can spend more time there with a key priority to be in downtown. We also decided to open our doors to guests, who want to explore the city.
