About this property

Ideal apartment for a family or a group of friends; modern and just renovated, with large and bright rooms. The location is strategic, a few steps from Termini station and consequently well connected with all areas of Rome. The ideal place from which to start exploring the city!

APARTMENT RULES:

- LATE CHECKIN: AN ADDITIONAL COST WILL BE REQUESTED FROM 10.00 PM TO 12.00 AM OF € 30, plus € 10 every hour until 7.00.

- The tourist tax (€ 6 per night per person) and the cleaning costs of € 140 will be paid in cash upon arrival.

- For bookings longer than a week, a weekly cleaning of € 60 is provided in addition to the final cleaning of the apartment.

Great spacious place.

Great location. Close to metro and train. Big and spacious. Washer was useful. No dryer but you can hang clothing. Very quiet. Would stay here again. Nice kitchen. Small bathroom my kids ised and a big one for grownup. Recommend and great price.
