Great stay

Had a great few days with 3 generations of the family. House is large and has almost everything you need. The games table was used a lot and many laughs were had. It’s at the entrance to a caravan site but the area was very quiet. The staff were friendly and didn’t intrude at all. Would stay again if going to that area.

Great family get away

Travelled as an extended family of 9 including a dog. Ages 8 to 80. All had a great time and the pool, air hockey and table tennis table were well used. Not far from Lytham with all its amenities. Overall great weekend

On arrival we noticed pool table was broken, maintance came to look couldn't fix it and are ordering

On arrival we noticed pool table was broken, maintance came to look couldn't fix it and are ordering a part. Was a shame as that was main reason for booking to keep kids occupied.Heating was unpredictable, and window in single room had no restricters on.Few other bits but reported to reception on departure lady was lovely.It was clean and comfortable a little in need of TLC in few areas xmas trees were lovely nice touch.
