House from Hell

Size of the property was great House was filthy and stand of damp. The conservatory floor was absolutely soaking and it took 4 weeks to get the issues resolved. Mould in the shower and behind the sink. Everything about the house is cheap & nasty. Nothing luxury to talk of. When the neighbour met us coming out the car and said “good luck in there, the place is a sh!t hole” we should have turned and left. You should be embarrassed to let the place out.

When we arrived at the property and the neighbour met us getting out the car and said “good luck in there it’s a sh!t hole” we should have turned around and walked. The first thing we noticed was the horrendous smell, I genuinely thought I was going to find a dead animal in the kitchen. We quickly realised the smell was coming from the conservatory and the carpet was absolutely saturated. It took 4 weeks for Caledonia Luxe to resolve. It was a leaky radiator, but we were all living in horrible conditions. There was mould in the shower, the double mattress was buckled, the front and back garden are a health hazard. The whole house desperately needs updated and money spent on it. Under the sink in the kitchen is thick with mould. Due to difficult circumstance’s within our family meant we couldn’t move else where until we received the keys to our new house. It’s been a long 7 weeks. Needless to say i have binned all the fresh bedding I brought, jammies etc. because we all feel so unclean. Genuinely appalled that a house in this condition is let out to customers.
