Welcome to Snugglers, a bright, cheerful modern property located 3 miles from Falmouth, ideal for couples or families with older children, and comfortabley accommodating up to four guests. The coach house design means that the living accommodation is on the first floor and the bedrooms are on the second floor, therfore not really suitable for young children or those with mobility issues. The first floor has the kitchen/dining area and a lovely living room with private balcony, great for morning coffee or late-night night star gazing. On the second floor are the bedrooms and the family bathroom. The garage can be used to store bikes/motorbikes and surfboards, and there is also a handy parking space. The garage also has a games area with a folding table tennis table, that can be collapsed for more space, air hockey table and dart board.
There are plenty of amenities all within walking distance, which include shops, pubs and a good selection of restaurants that offer different cuisines to cater for everyone, you could eat somewhere different every night if you didn’t want to cook. Across the road is a farm store selling fresh local produce ideal for those essentials.
Penryn is full of history and was originally a medieval port which now attracts sailing enthusiasts, and is one of the oldest market towns it has buildings dating back to Tudor, Jacobean and Georgian periods. Close to Falmouth you have beautiful beaches, Gyllyngvase is popular with families and offers great amenities, Swanpool is the place for water sports and Castle Beach is great for rock pooling and snorkelling. The area attracts a lot of walkers, whether you want to follow the rugged coastal paths or walk along the estuary, there is plenty to choose from. The area attracts lots of wildlife and due to the milder climate, the plants here tend to be quite tropical, large tree ferns, colourful wildflowers, and palm trees. Why not catch the water taxi from Penryn, which this takes you to Flushing, Mylor, Falmouth and St Mawes, you can stop and explore these areas along the way, its a a relaxing and memorable way to see the area. If you like shopping Truro, the capital of Cornwall, is just under 9 miles away, regular transport is available such as a bus or train, so leave the car behind, saves the hassle of parking. The train station is just ½ mile away, about a 15-minute walk and the bus stops in town is just a 10-minute walk. Beach 2¼ miles.
