The property is just a five-minute walk from the sandy beach, making it easy to enjoy swimming, sunbathing and walks by the sea. The town center of Nykøbing Sjælland with its shops and restaurants is also just a short walk away, offering convenience and tranquility. For further activities, the house is approximately 10 minutes' drive from Sommerland Sjælland, a family-friendly amusement park, as well as a golf course and the town of Rørvig, which offers plenty of opportunities for day trips and entertainment.
