BEINALOT COUNTRY HOUSE - Large, quiet house in the country

Located at the gateway to the Langhe, nestled amid the greenery and tranquility of nature on the edge of a nature reserve, Bainalot is the ideal destination for relaxing days spent outdoors in a peaceful setting. Perfect for those on a family holiday who also need to work a few hours remotely, thanks to cable internet and Wi-Fi. <br>Entire apartment located on the ground floor of a country house on the edge of a forest and a hazelnut grove. <br>Outside, you’ll find a spacious courtyard where, separate from the main building, there’s a covered area with a barbecue, wood-fired oven, kitchen, and sink. There’s also covered parking for 3 cars.<br>Inside, you’ll find a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a table that seats up to 10 people. There are also two bathrooms: one is spacious and features a decorative fireplace, a bathtub, shower, sink, toilet, and bidet. The second bathroom, accessible from outside, is also very spacious and features a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet. From the hallway, after descending three steps, you enter a large living room divided in half, featuring two sofa beds and a corner with a workstation and desk.<br>Finally, you’ll find two bedrooms: the first features a fireplace, a double bed, nightstands, a chest of drawers, and a built-in closet; the second has two single beds, along with a closet, nightstands, and a chest of drawers.<br>Beinalot Country House is located on a plateau called “BEINALE” in a peaceful setting surrounded by meadows, vineyards, hazelnut groves, and woods, offering opportunities for hiking or mountain biking to admire breathtaking views stretching from the Langhe to the Alps—all starting right from the property. We also have special arrangements for guided mountain bike or e-bike tours in the UNESCO-designated Langhe region and the Occitan Valleys, available by reservation.
