Enjoy our superb house for friends and family celebrations or a retreat to the coast. Truly something for everyone with many unique indoor and outdoor features including hot tub, outdoor fire pit seating, two large reception rooms, country kitchen, open fires, front and back stairs, 8 bedrooms, cosy attic space, parking, dog field, mature gardens and more.
Tan Y Cytiau Coastal Country House (Sleeps 16-20) and the annexes - The Garden Room (Sleeps 2) and The Garden Apartment (Sleeps 2) are located at beautiful South Stack Anglesey, Our location is spectacular with breath taking views towards the surrounding sea and mountains including Holyhead Mountain, Llyn Peninsula and Snowdonia. Tan Y Cytiau has large accommodating reception rooms all beautifully designed and outside spaces making it well suited to family and group gatherings and celebrations. The Hot Tub and Fire Pit (Main House Only) are in beautiful landscaped gardens offering the perfect spots for relaxation and fun. There is parking for multiple vehicles. A 5 minute walk takes you to the lighthouse with spectacular coastal walks along with the rspb bird sanctuary and cafe. Nearby beaches include Porthdafarch and Trearddur Bay. Holyhead town is 5 mins away with sea port to Dublin and main line rail connections to London. There are multiple supermarkets and local services and the house is approximately 10minutes off the main A55 motorway so very accessible but very private too.

This property and location exceeded all our expectations

The house was perfect for a multigenerational gathering. We loved the huge garden, perfect for family games and views of the sea. It was nice to spend an evening around the fire in the fire pit and the hot tub got plenty of use. We loved being able to walk from the door. South Stack was an accessible distance for littler legs and a longer circular walk suited the more energetic amongst us.

Fantastic house for a family group

The house was perfect for my husband’s 70th birthday celebration. We were a very mixed age group and we all loved it. The Christmas decorations were an added bonus. Sue was very helpful and we would love to go back

Beautiful house that was dressed for Christmas. The kitchen was clean and very well equipped the house accommodated everyone easily and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable.

Fantastic house in a beautiful location

We booked this for my husbands 60th birthday celebrations. The house is in a fantastic location with stunning views. The prosecco and shortbread was a lovely touch on our arrival, communication with the owner was great. We had everything we needed at the house for a brilliant weekend. The grounds are stunning and the house was spotless y clean. Would definitely recommend if you need somewhere big for a gathering .

The house is home from home and perfect location

The house is very cosy and comfortable. Everything has been thought about which makes it a home . Gardens, fire pit and hot tub are an added luxury. Communication with owners is quick and friendly We will be back soon
