200-acre Double Bore Ranch - 6 Bedroom, 8 Bathroom Lodge, Sleeps 18

The Double Bore Ranch boast with a Gorgeous secluded Lodge overlooking the woods, set on a 200 acre wooded ranch, located in the Pennsylvania Wilds area - Clarion county, 15 minutes from Interstate 80.

Amenities in the area include 2 golf courses, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, bike trails, Foxburg restaurants, winery and Clarion town conveniences -- all within a ten-minute drive. Only, 25 minutes from Cook Forest State Park. The entire area is a great place for all seasons.

The Lodge has central airconditioning with gas/radiant heat. Kitchen appliances includes electric stove/oven, 2 x refrigerators, dishwasher, microwave and the necessary kitchen ware for a memorable self-catering holiday. Entertainment includes two large televisions with Dish satellite TV, music center and WiFi Internet through satellite.

This Lodge is set up to comfortably sleep 18. It has 6 bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms and 2 guest half baths – 3 King, 3 Queen and 3 Double beds. The main level house 3 Bedrooms, main living space, dining area and kitchen connected to the entrance, all on the same level with no stairs(ideal for movement-impaired guests). The expansive main living room has a wood burning fireplace, sofa seaters and dining area. The Lower level access through inside stairs and accommodate the other 3 bedrooms with games room, bar area, pool table, second TV, music centre and Laundry room with washer and dryer.

To enjoy the outdoors, there are 2 big covered wrap around upper and lower decks, a large 20x20 fire pit area with gas grill gets you in a true holiday mood. The surrounding 200 acres fenced in wooded ranch has 4 well marked hiking trails for enticing outdoor exploration to icy creeks and springs. Sighting whitetail deer and turkey is common during the excursions and an occasional black bear may also be around. The warm fire in the outdoor fire pit will create a cozy and inviting atmosphere while enjoying the snow and associated fun and games.

If you want to enjoy the wonderful wooded Western PA WILDS but with all the luxury and comfort of home, this is the place to be. Come for a weekend or for a full week - you will NOT want to leave! The ideal space to host your extended family gathering, long awaited reunion or just spending some quality time with good friend.

1) The signed Rental Agreement and Waiver need to be returned within 48 hours after booking. (emailed to you when you make the booking.) Failure to return within 48 hours may cause your booking to be cancelled with VRBO applicable cancellation fees. If you feel uncomfortable to sign the Rental Agreement and Waiver, please cancel your booking within 48 hours from making it, for a full refund.

2) WiFi Internet is supplied via Satellite. Due to the remote nature of the lodge, neither FIOS nor Cable is available. Satellite internet is influenced by adverse weather conditions such as snow, rain and wind. Please download your movies in advance to play with HDMI trough the Entertainment centre or through Apple Airplay(not compatible with 4k/UHD and/or HDR downloads - SD or HD only) to the TV's.

3) As the property is remote and both a working farm and recreational land, perimeter surveillance devices are used for property protection and safety. There are surveillance devices on the right front and right back of the Barn that captures the driveway, parking area, Barn surroundings and fire-pit. There are surveillance devices on the east and west side of the agricultural plots that captures the plots and plot roads.
