Delightful duplex apartment located in Monte Petrosu. The house in addition to boasting a remarkable proximity to the sea, offers green spaces where you can sunbathe or have lunch with friends. The ground floor on the outside boasts a double garden, one at the front and one at the back more reserved, internally instead a comfortable lounge where you can relax while watching TV, a kitchenette and a bathroom. The upper floor is dedicated to the sleeping area, two bedrooms with a balcony overlooking the beautiful surrounding countryside, offering a double solution and one with two single beds. Also upstairs there is a bathroom with shower. The house is equipped with a wifi network so that you can share all the best moments of your holiday with anyone.
