Indipendent villa with 14+1 sleeps including a main building and an annex.
The main building is on two floors. The ground floor includes a TV room, a large living room with a fireplace, a computer and fax office, a dining room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room and a storage room. The first floor includes the sleeping area, consisting of two double bedrooms each with bathroom and wardrobe, two double rooms with private bathroom, a bedroom with king-size bed and a twin bedroom that share a bathroom with shower and bathtub.
The annex consists of a bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a living room with a single sofa bed and kitchenette.
There is also a small house near the pool, consisting of a bathroom with toilet and sink and a shower with turkish bath.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: - Electricity, air conditioning, heating, water and final cleaning; - Maid service up to 6 hours per day; Sunday from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm;

NOT INCLUDED / EXTRA, ON REQUEST, TO BE PAID FOR LOCALLY: - Cook service, per meal, as follows - Meals must be ordered at least 24 hours in advance:
Rate of € 170 for 3-course dinner (7:00-9:00 pm) - cost of extra food and wine. (for Sunday dinner there will be an extra charge of € 50) |
€ 130 for lunch (12:30-2:30 pm) - cost of extra food and wine. (for Sunday lunch there will be an extra charge of € 50);
- Personal laundry and ironing service: € 16 per hour (€ 21 Sunday or evening);
- Babysitting service, subject to availability: € 18 per hour / babysitter (up to 3 children / per babysitter) (€ 26 Sunday or evening);
- Extra telephone charges; - Late check-in charges: € 50 for arrivals up to 10 pm; € 100 for arrivals after 10 pm.

NOTES: - Pool open from May 15 to October 15; - Security deposit: € 3,000 to be held at the agency with CC guarantee;
- Check-in: between 4 pm and 7 pm - Check-out: before / by 10 am; - Pets allowed at owner's discretion.

A tourist tax may be required upon arrival according to the regulations of your host municipality.

- Cancellation received 60 days or more before the arrival date: charge of the 30% (deposit already paid to confirm the booking), deposit payment is not refundable.
- Cancellation received less than 60 days prior to the arrival date: charge of 100% of the total due (deposit and balance payment aren’t refundable)
