Casa Giurfa is located near a clinic in a gated community with a concierge and security, as well as a small park exclusively for residents, where families can relax and enjoy time together. It features a garage, a small garden with natural grass, a living-dining room, a guest bathroom, a kitchen, and a backyard with artificial grass where your pet is welcome; On the second floor are three bedrooms with orthopedic mattresses and a full bathroom, featuring one queen-size bed, two twin beds, and a sleeper sofa.

The space
On the front of the house, you’ll find the garage door and the pedestrian gate. Upon entering, you’ll see a small garden with natural grass on the right and the parking space next to a water fountain on the left.

Upon entering the house, you’ll see a key rack on the left and a coat rack on the right, where there’s an umbrella for guests. Straight ahead, you’ll see the fully equipped kitchen with all the basic utensils you’ll need to prepare your meals.

To the left is the dining area overlooking the fountain and the living room area with a cable TV and a view of the backyard featuring artificial grass, a swing chair, a kennel, and a cylindrical smoker/grill, which you can use to prepare delicious smoked dishes.

On the right is the guest bathroom, and going up the stairs, you’ll reach a small hallway leading to a full bathroom and three bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 (lilac) has a queen-size orthopedic bed, two nightstands, a closet, and a smart TV with Netflix.

Bedroom 2 (orange) features a double orthopedic bed, a nightstand, a closet, a shoe rack, a vanity table with a mirror that can also be used as a laptop desk, and a comfortable chair. Bedroom 3 (grey) features a double orthopedic bed, a nightstand, a trunk, a wardrobe, a single-bed sofa bed, and a bookshelf; this area is ideal for reading, and we’ve left a few books for our guests to enjoy.

Amenities and common areas
You have access to the entire house except for the rooftop, which is currently under maintenance. The laundry room and future terrace are located there; while you won’t have access to the rooftop, a laundry service is available by prior arrangement.

Other Notable Features
The concierge service operates Monday through Saturday, with a rotating daily lunch break schedule. During their absence, the gate remains closed for security and greater privacy. Please keep the gate closed.
