Schönes Ferienhaus, geeignet für Familien mit Kindern

Sehr empfehlenswert. Alles wie beschrieben; Marcello und Signora Maria waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Signora Maria hat für uns einen leckeren Kuchen gebacken und hat uns mit Feigen versorgt 🙂. Vielen Dank dafür! Gerne wieder.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten und wirklich schönen Sommerurlaub. Marcello und seine Familie haben uns sehr herzlich aufgenommen. Vielen Dank Nonna Maria für den leckeren Kuchen und die Marmeladen. Die Ferienwohnung ist gerade mit den 2 Badezimmern super für Familien. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und relativ ruhig gelegen. Ein Wäschepaket - Bettwäsche und Handtücher- kann vor Ort gebucht werden (oder muss mitgebracht werden!) Die Terrasse ist sehr schön. Eine Klimaanlage haben wir nicht vermisst. Marcello und Maria haben sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Öfter bekamen wir kleine Aufmerksamkeiten (Obst, Kuchen..). Fahrräder stehen kostenfrei zur Verfügung.

Schöne Wohnung, komplett ausgestattet. Sehr nette, hilfbereite Vermieter, es gab Gemüse und Kuchen als Geschenke. Mit den dort vorhandenen Fahrrädern in ca. 10 Minuten am Meer. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Waschmaschine haben wir gerne benutzt, so konnten wir unsere Strandtücher und Badesachen bequem waschen. Auch im großen Kühl - und Gefrierschrank war viel Platz für Vorräte. Der Check - in verlief reibungslos, wir wurden von Frau Maria und Herrn Marcello freundlich empfangen. Frau Maria hat für uns sogar einen leckeren Kuchen zum Frühstück gebackt - eine sehr nette Überraschung! Ein großes Dankeschön an Maria und Marcello für die Gastfreundschaft, es war ein schöner Urlaub.

Esperienza perfetta

Impressione ottima. Casa ampia in posizione strategica e dotata di ogni comfort (incluse biciclette a disposizione per raggiungere comodamente sia Principina che Marina di Grosseto). I propietari ci hanno riservato accoglienza e disponibilità completa, per ogni nostra esigenza o richiesta. Aggiungo che si è avuta la sensazione di essere "trattati da principi", in una casa molto bella (inclusi gli spazi all'aperto ed il giardino), da gente che definire dei Signori sarebbe riduttivo.. Grazie ancora, soprattuto all' infaticabile sig.ra Maria!

Wunderbar!!! Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Das Haus ist wunderschön, sehr gepflegt, sehr sauber und super gelegen. Man ist schnell mit dem Fahrrad am großen und schönen Strand. Im Hinterland kann man wunderbar mit den Mountainbikes unterwegs sein. Marcello und seine Familie sind sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Oft stand Obst aus eigenem Anbau auf der Terrasse. Zur frühen Abfahrt bereitete uns Maria ein kleines Frühstück vor und gab uns selbstgemachte Feigen-Marmelade mit auf den Weg. Wir haben uns vorgenommen, in jedem Fall wiederzukommen und sagen von Herzen DANKE an die ganze Familie!!!!

Ein toller Urlaub am Mittelmeer!

Günstige Lage. Sandstrand in der Nähe. Eine große gemütliche Wohnung auf zwei Etagen mit der schattigen Terrasse. Überdachter Parkplatz im Hof. Sehr freundliche und nette Gastgeber-Familie. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Ritorno ad un soggiorno piacevole, riservato e riposante. Consigliato a chi si sposta in auto. Posizione strategica a due pedalate in bicicletta da Principina e da Marina di Grosseto con piste ciclabili.

Ottima e tranquilla

la generosità dei proprietari ci ha rifornito di pomodori e verdure freschissime del loro orto quotidianamente. la pedalata per giungere alla spiaggia con le bici fornite è gradevole e rilassante. Qui si è a Principina ma lontani da rumori e confusione. Posto auto all'ombra, a fianco del giardino di casa.

accogliente casa appena fuori dell'abitato

Ideale per chi ama la tranquillità e spazi ampi. Proprietari molto gentili ed accoglienti, ci hanno subito messi a nostro agio, e prodighi di utili consigli sui dintorni. Posizione strategica ma solo per chi ha l'automobile o ama la bicicletta ( peraltro offerte dal proprietario a tutti gli ospiti). Una bella esperienza. Grazie a tutta la meravigliosa famiglia di Mauro.
