This detached, spacious, luxurious and modern water villa suitable for 8 adults and 4 children is located at Harbor Village, on the Veerse Meer in Arnemuiden. The exclusive villa was built in 2019 and features a jetty and a beautiful interior with modern design and lots of glass. The accommodation is a short distance from the center where you will find many nice shops and restaurants. The region offers various water sports facilities and a walk or bike ride through the Zeeland landscape is also very worthwhile. Because the resort is 2 meters above the water level, it is a so-called split-level villa. The entrance opens into the spacious kitchen with all conceivable equipment. You have a combi microwave or a separate oven and microwave. There is also a nice dining table where you can enjoy a meal or a drink. On the mezzanine floor you will find a storage room with washing machine and dryer and a toilet. You reach the living room at water level via an imposing staircase. Here you will find a smart TV and a cozy decorative fireplace. A spacious, partly covered terrace/jetty on the water with dining area guarantees many relaxing hours.
