The house is newly built, made with good quality materials and has plenty of complements that will make you enjoy a relaxing and charming holiday.

When you arrive at your destination you can drive your car into the garage where it will be protected from the sun and the weather.

Inside the house everything is on one floor (except the garage), on one level. The fact that it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms makes it very comfortable. Its pleasant decoration helps you to enjoy the calmness of the place, which together with the swimming pool and solarium area will make you enjoy an unforgettable holiday. Air conditioning in the house is not available.

The surroundings of Villa Serena, located in the heart of the Costa Brava, will help to make your stay even more pleasant.
