Detached house in Santa Cristina d'Aro with 20,000 m2 of land, all fenced. Ideal for families with children, who can play quietly. There is a large terrace with barbecue. It has 5 spacious bedrooms, all with bathroom. There is one with a jacuzzi and another with a round bathtub, all located on the same floor. All rooms have a television and there is free Wi-Fi. There is also a billiard room, ping pong table and table football, as well as garden furniture. Beaches 3.8 km away and next to the Costa Brava Golf Club. We do not accept groups of people under 25 years of age. At the time of entry, a deposit must be paid and is returned after departure, if there is no damage, and the tourist tax. Beau séjour dans une superbe propriété, très près de la plage (20 minutes environ).Communication vraiment excellente avec l'agence sur place (merci Jesus !) et avec le propriétaire.On peut cependant reprocher un environnement un peu bruyant (l'autoroute n'est pas loin et de nombreux chiens dans le voisinage assez "bavards" tôt le matin).

Superbe maison dans une belle région

Accès facile. Maison magnifique. Une salle de billard et une salle de ping-pong qui ont fait des heureux. Mais, pour 7, peu de couverts, pas d'étendoir à linge. Juste un fil dans le jardin assez loin de la maison meme pas suffisant pour 6 serviettes de plage. Pas de bouilloire. Peu de casseroles, de saladiers. Sinon, bon equipement électroménager. Nous avons pu faire de belles visites aux alentours : Barcelone, Perratallada, Pals, Tossa de Mar. Bonnes baignades à proximité : San Feliu, Sant Pol, Tossa de Mar. Un excellent séjour !

accueil disponibilité surpris car propreté n'était pas en rapport avec les avis.Fours non nettoyés cheveux dans SDB poussières grande cuisine mais petite salle à manger salon pour "10"En revanche le reste est génial.nous étions 3 couples et donc bien installés.prévoir une télécommande supplémentaire pour le portail électrique car une seule c'est juste.Nous avons passé un très bon séjour la localisation est très bien.

Ha sido con diferencia la mejor casa en la que hemos pasado las vacaciones de Navidad. Con un equipamiento completísimo y un entorno envidiable. Descanso garantizado, y espacio libre para los niños. Sin dudar recomendamos el establecimiento a las familias con niños que busquen un lugar tranquilo y muy muy espacioso. Si repetimos zona, repetiremos casa sin dudarlo. Gracias María por todo.

Fue muy agradable encontrarse con un alojamiento muy acogedor, con una limpieza impecable y muy completa; en un entorno tranquilo donde los niños puedan jugar. El trato por parte de la propietaria (María) muy cercano y atento. En un pueblo tranquilo, el cual la playa y la piscina están muy cerca de la casa. Realmente han sido unas muy buenas vacaciones y recomendamos este establecimiento en todos sus aspectos para quien busque tranquilidad y descanso. Cuando volvamos a la zona , esperamos repetir. Gracias a María por la hospitalidad.
