Casa Borbolatas is a lovely modern 2 bed apartment is situated perfectly to explore Lagos as everything is in walking distance of the property. A car is not needed!
Upon entering the apartment you have a bright dining/living area with a dining table and seating for 4 persons. This gives way to the very light living area with a double sofa bed and a smart TV equipped with a Portuguese cable box and also the added benefit of being able to log in to your very own Netflix account.
The living area looks out over the lovely grass square where you will find cafes, hairdresser, bike hire and a doctors. It is also a lovely area to just sit and enjoy the sunshine.
To the rear of the property there is the kitchen equipped with everything needed to enjoy your stay, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and washing machine. There is a clothes airer to use outside on the small service balcony to dry any washing.
The apartment has two lovely bright bedrooms, the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside table and lamp plus a standalone fan.
The second bedroom has a single bed, fitted wardrobes, desk and chair plus standalone fan. A separate shower room services this bedroom and the living area.
Additional sleeping arrangements are serviced by the double sofa bed in the living area.
The apartment is fitted with very good WiFi throughout.

Also the apartment has a private parking space in the underneath garage should you wish to hire a car.

This is a very modern new apartment block and is serviced by good elevators from the garage space to apartment floor.

The apartment is all equipped for a wonderful stay!

Getting out and about from the apartment is easy as there are numerous cafes and restaurants a few minutes away, Lagos Marina takes a 3 minute walk, 5 minutes will take you into Lagos historic centre, 10 minutes to the beach and the supermarket Pingo Doce is only 5 minutes away.
The Lagos bus station is 200 meters and the train station is 800 meters walk away from the apartment. These both offer great services if you wish to explore further afield or are heading on to Faro, Lisbon or Porto.
The municipal sports centre is only 500 meters away from the apartment which is equipped with a lovely indoor swimming pool and gym area etc.
