Cracking location

Property was as described, very near the middle of town opposite the Marina. Host , Madalina assisted by her husband was great and very helpful, taking care of the internet etc. only one comment that the toilet cistern was leaking water, say 40 Lts per hour, 1000 Lts per day. This requires fixing. Apart from the water leakage a good stay

Small with nothing

Location was fine. It’s a studio apartment. Only provides 2 mugs and 4 wine glasses. I suggest every owner should live in their rental for a week and figure what should be provided. This was the most poorly supplied VRBO we have ever encountered. Even had to buy toilet paper.

Impossible to find with google maps and no help from host or management company to get proper directions. No Wi-Fi or tv the entire stay. Things broken and in disrepair. Paper thin walls and had to listen to neighbors talking loudly each night at 11pm. Don’t rent this place!!

Schönes Appartement in bester Lage mit Schwächen

Wir haben zehn Tage im Mai in diesem Appartement gewohnt und waren am Ende des Urlaubs erholt, auch wenn wir zwischenzeitlich sehr gestresst wurden. Positiv: - Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Marina: Sehr schön. - Lage sehr gut: Fußläufig über eine kleine Brücke zur Marina mit vielen Lokalen oder an den sehr breiten Strand Meia Praia. Auf der Westseite ist es auch nur ein Katzensprung bis in die sehenswerte Altstadt. - Service sehr gut: Bei Ankunft kurz telefoniert und zehn Minuten später wurde uns alles gezeigt. Die Zufahrt zum kostenlosen Parkplatz war leider zugeparkt, aber mit diesem Problem wurden wir nicht alleine gelassen und konnten den Mietwagen ein Stündchen später dort abstellen. Neutral: - Ausstattung ausreichend, da wir immer auswärtts gegessen haben. - Bett in Ordnung, gut geschlafen bei geschlossener Balkontür. - Sauberkeit tip top. Negativ: - Starker Verkehrslärm und Abgase durch vierspurige Straße. - Bad hat keine Belüftung, nur winziges Fenster zum Hausflur. - Renovierungsarbeiten im Haus an 7 von 10 Tagen (Bohren und Hämmern teilweise ab 8 Uhr). - Internet funktionierte nicht. - Falsche Angabe der Größe des Appartements: Es sind nur 30m² und nicht 40m². Fazit: Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub, aber das Appartement würden wir nicht noch einmal buchen.

Gute Lage, nette Wohnung

Obwohl der Balkon direkt zu einer stark befahrenen Straße rausgeht, haben wir immer gut geschlafen und der Ausblick zum kleinen Hafen ist schön. Die Wohnung war sauber und alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Madelina und ihr Mann waren sehr hilfsbereit, auch wurde uns ein kostenloser Parkplatz gezeigt.
