The location for this condo is VERY PRIVATE and wonderful. It's an END unit on the property with undisturbed large natural area abutting this part of the resort! 3rd floor in 5 story building. Good gulfview.
We have 10 condos in total at the Gulf Shores Plantation and you can see them all at GSPcondos dot com
Who wants EXTRA TIME on vacation? You do? We offer that! We let our guests go on property as soon as you get there (anywhere from noon on) to use the pools walk the beach etc.
Now access to the condo itself is anywhere noon to 3 p m. as when it has been cleaned and is ready we text you the four digit keyless entry code as soon as it is ready! NO registration center to go to at 4 and wait in line to get the vacation started!
Sassy Bass (wonderful!) Restaurant on property as well as new Ice Cream shop by entrance to resort!
This unit is in the building that is part of the best indoor pool at the resort. Literally a 30 second walk to the indoor pool/hot tub/exercise facility/steam room.

NEW queen bed (as of May 2023) with queen sleeper and wallbunk so can sleep 4 adults and 1 under 10 year old child, or 2 adults and 3 children. 5 people max.

Owned in Gulf Shores since 2004. Keeps getting better and better...Wonderful area, wonderful everything..Been through Ivan, Katrina and the oil spill, and to quote Gloria Gaynor we know "How to Survive!" school song reference there. (1979 "I will survive")
When I am at the Plantation one of my favorite things is to go out on Ft. Morgan Rd and ride down to the Fort...Wonderful shoulder ( a little road debris, but that is most places) and if you want to go towards town, you can add a decent amount of miles..

Why they chose this property
Plantation has it all All the bells and whistles of amenities, yet in a quieter spot without the wall to wall crowds or downtown Gulf Shores..And it is a better rent "value" for me as an owner and you as a guest..
