Open space 35 sq.m. with a queen size bed (160) and a sofa that turns to a bed. Fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine. The bathroom is 3.5 sq.m. with a hydromassage column shower. Its central heating and air conditioning make it ideal in summer and winter. The balcony has a fantastic view to the sea. Its decoration will impress you. Fully furnished and equipped.
The apartment is an independent part of a detached house and has its own entrance. The parking lot, which is located right outside the apartment, makes your stay even more comfortable.
It is located in a quiet neighbourhood, close to many super markets, pharmacy and cafe. Just 13' from the center of Rhodes by car, 9' from the port and 25' from the airport. Convenient for those who want a quick dive in the sea, as it is only 4' by car from the nearest organized beach (Santa Marina) and 5' from the next beach (Kallithea - Sunwing beach).
