The Nagyerdő park and Aquaticum spa are a short tram ride away, and the University of Debrecen is easily reachable. For dining, top local favourites like IKON, Csokonai Étterem, and cosy cafés are all within walking distance – with everyday shops, bakeries, and quick bites (KFC, McDonald's) equally close by.

Inside, you are welcomed by a spacious, open-plan layout.
A comfortable double bed rests on the mezzanine level (accessed by a staircase), overlooking the living area below, where a sofa bed provides sleeping space for two more guests. Ideal for couples, families, or friends comfortable sharing an open space – sleeps up to 4.

Hidden LED lighting creates a warm, cozy atmosphere in the evenings, and a Smart TV and super-fast Wi-Fi keep you entertained or set up for remote work. Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment, the front terrace, and the shared courtyard.
