We stayed at this property for 2 nights as a base to explore Manchester. The check in/out process was easy, lots of parking outside and the location to Bowker Vale tram stop was a plus. The property was large enough to accommodate 9 of us and the living space was great for socialising. The beds were clean but we did feel the overall cleanliness of the house was poor and was in need of some TLC, and it was very minimalist in terms of furniture. All of the dishes and glasses were greasy and the oven was dirty. There were only 2 very small pots which made cooking for 9 adults rather difficult. There was also no tea towel! There was also a smell of cannabis from the bedroom at the front of the property. Overall, it was absolutely fine for a base for a few nights but the cleanliness and lack of kitchen amenities let it down.
