Located in a small hamlet about 7 minutes drive from Santillana del Mar and about 10 minutes from beach, playa de Tagle (there is also a walking path to beach that we didn’t use). There is not a beach view from apartment but views across the valley are lovely. Apartment was well appointed and very clean. The beds were comfortable. Owners left a few little snacks, teas, etc - nice touch! Check in was remote (very convenient when unsure of exact arrival time) and parking was available on site. Owners responded quickly to communications done through WhatsApp. My only suggestion would be to have a welcome binder available to guests with information (maps, local restaurants, directions to beach, laundry facilities nearby, grocery stores, etc). Thanks for a lovely stay! PS - for non Spanish speaking people… booking information is sent in Spanish…on phones translations are not accessible, however, on computers, translations to other languages are possible.
