In front of the beach of Usil-Mogro and Natural Park of the Dunes of Liencres (the most important sandy area of the North coast).
800m from the "Abra del Pas" Golf Course.
Beaches of fine sand in all the surrounding towns, being the most important the estuary that configures the Pas River. Surrounded by a great landscape environment combining the greenery of the countryside and the sea.

The owner receives you with a direct and friendly treatment by handing over the keys and explaining the details of the apartment and places of interest to visit.
Excellent communications both by road (Autopista del Norte A67) and rail. It is in a strategic place to move and visit all of Cantabria and neighboring provinces.
10 minutes from Santander, 8 minutes from Santillana del Mar, 15 minutes from the Cabarceno Park, 25 minutes from the Soplao Caves, 20 minutes from San Vicente de la Barquera, 30 minutes from Comillas, 60 minutes from the Picos de Europa, 60 minutes from the Guggenheim Museum (Bilbao). Animals are not permitted.

Un lugar encantador y muy bonito para disfrutar
Apartamento muy limpio y muy bien equipado con todos los enseres. Todo en perfecto estado. Disfrutamos mucho con la barbacoa . La piscina aunque está en otra casa muy cerca, la disfrutamos disfrutamos mucho, ya que era una piscina muy grande. Las vistas eran impresionante. En general muy bien y volveremos. José Manuel y Ángela fueron muy amables y discretos.

Una estancia estupenda, muy recomendable.
Vinimos a pasar unos días de descanso y fueron estupendos. José Manuel y Ángela fueron muy amables. La casa está muy bien ubicada. La zona es muy tranquila y el apartamento reúne todo lo que queríamos, todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de vacaciones. Todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado. La piscina es estupenda. No está en la misma parcela, pero muy cerca de ella. El entorno es precioso. Muy recomendable.
