New apartment with two bedrooms, living room-kitchen, bathroom and with large garden areas. The apartment has a magnificent pool where guests can enjoy, as well as their barbecue. Enjoy a large private parking.
Fully equipped and with free Wifi. It has sheets, towels of first quality. It also has a wide kitchen utensils. Located in the center of town next to the golf course, Abra del Pas and the beach of Usil.
Mogro has a privileged situation between the sea and the mountains, it has all the services, supermarket, restaurants and pubs.
The Mogro train station is a 10-minute walk away, where you can travel to Santander without using a car.

Nette Wohnung im Souterrain, fast alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher könnten zum Inventar ergänzt werden. Betten sind sehr bequem. Lage ländlich aber gut erreichbar. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Gîte agréable

Très bon séjour malgré le bruit des véhicules trop présent pour l’apprécier davantage. Malgré un jardin immense, une route jouxtait la propriété. Carmen et Roberto sont très gentils et aux petits soins. A noter que la propriété dispose de deux logements et que la piscine doit être partagée. Ce qui ne nous a pas posé de problème puisque nos voisins étaient très sympathiques. Nous déplorons un manque d’équipement (lave vaisselle, four aspirateur).

Alojamiento estupendo

El apartamento está nuevo, los dueños son muy amables y muy atentos ante cualquier petición de los inquilinos. El jardín está muy bien cuidado, la piscina también y el sitio es perfecto para los amantes de la naturaleza, campo y playa. Aunque conviene tener coche para desplazarse, se puede ir al supermercado y farmacia del pueblo andando. También se puede llegar andando a la playa en 15 o 20 minutos aunque la vuelta es empinada. La cocina tiene de todo y en el jardín hay una cama elástica para niños de hasta 1,50 máximo, diría yo. Una pena que el tiempo no nos haya permitido bañarnos, no hemos tenido demasiada suerte con la meteorología.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans ce logement très propre, calme et bien situé. Logement spacieux et fonctionnel. Estuvimos 3 días de ruta por Cantabria y nos encantó. Nos recibió Carmen, una anfitriona muy atenta y servicial. El apartamento está muy cuidado y lo encotramos muy limpio, acogedor y con todo tipo de comodidades. La ubicación es desde luego insuperable, a unos pocos minutos en coche del aeropuerto y a menos de 30 minutos en coche de Santander o pueblos como Santillana del mar, Comillas o San Vicente de la barquera. Retour quelques mois en arrière à se remémorer nos 2 excellentes semaines de vacance passées à Mogro. L'appartement est impeccable, modern, fonctionnel et suffisemment équipé pour une location de vacances. La terrasse n'est pas bien grande mais assez pour profiter des tables et chaises mises à disposition...et si l'espace manque, le jardin ou la piscine sont là ... Les proprietaires sont très gentils et discrets...pas de soucis non plus avec le(s) chien(s)... Adresse à conseiller vivement. La région est aussi superbe, très préservée et sauvage, loin de la cohue des cotes méditéranéennes surpeuplées.

Super Ferienwohnung, toller Vermieter

Wir verbrachten eine schöne erholsame Zeit in der modern und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung mit unseren drei Kindern (12-16 Jahre). Die Wohnung befindet sich im Souterrain, in einem angenehm ruhigen Haus. Das großzügige Gelände und den Pool durften wir nach Belieben nutzen. Ein Gefühl wie im Ferienhaus. Auf Wunsch stellte uns Alberto die Heizung an, da es nachts im Oktober doch etwas kalt wurde. Alberto ist der Vermieter und kümmerte sich sehr um uns. Er dolmetschte bei einer Reitanfrage vor Ort und gab uns hilfreiche Tipps. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ideal. Zahlreiche Strände sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Durch die unterschiedliche Ausrichtung der Küste, konnten wir verschiedene Brandungsbedingungen an ein und denselben Tag vorfinden. Am Strand von Suances hatten die Kinder ebenso Spaß wie ich beim Wellenreiten mit dem SUP Board. Übrigens gehört in Mogro zu fast jedem Haus ein Hund. Da hört man schon mal Gebell, aber das störte uns kaum. Albertos Schäferhund ist sehr lieb und wird aus Rücksicht auf die Gäste öfter im Zwinger untergebracht. Kaffemaschine und Backofen gehörten nicht zur Ausstattung. Was soll´s, wir behalfen uns mit Espresso und die Fertigpizza gelang in der Pfanne. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder.
