Beautiful renovated apartment year 2017 with pool and garden, fully equipped.
Located in the center of the town of Mogro and 950 meters from the beach.
It has covered garage, swimming pool, garden, barbecue, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi.
Quiet place to enjoy as a couple or with children.
The apartment consists of:
2 bedrooms (1,50m bed and two 90 beds, living room, kitchen, bathroom and terrace.
Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator -congelador and everything needed for cooking.
Modern apartment with rustic touch equipped with every comfort.
Closed farm with trampoline, swings and slide for children. Large pool with sun beds where you can relax and sunbathe. Supermarket and restaurants 100 meters. Very close to Santander Cabarceno and the natural park of the dunes of Liencres with surf school.
In summer the changes are made on Saturday.
Welcome on arrival by the owner.

Great apartment with lots of practical things needed for a weeks stay. Pool and bbq area a bonus. Manuel and family were really helpful and helped make our stay a good one. Lots to do in the area especially outdoors. We will hopefully be back!

Manuel es un gran anfitrión y ha estado atento a todo lo que hemos necesitado. El apartamento es como en las fotos,para un máximo de 4. La precisión no pongo 5 estrellas ya que se anuncia con terraza y no hemos podido disfrutarla ya que solo caben dos sillas y una mesa. Por lo demás todo fenomenal y la finca con piscina ideal para ir con los peques

Jardín estupendo para los pequeños

La casa está muy bien y tiene básicos para los primeros días (papel, aceite, bolsas basura,...). El exterior espectacular, jardín muy bien cuidado con varias cosas para niños (balancines, casita de madera, camas elásticas, tobogán). Hemos estado muy bien.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit Poolmitbenutzung

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Es gibt ein Grundstück mit Pool, Grillmöglichkeit und Spielsachen für jüngere Kinder. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Trato y ambiente inmejoraboe

La zona merece la pena para una estancia tranquila, zona alejado del ambiente pero a un paso de muchas zonas turísticas y de interés. El apartamento es muy acogedor, ideal para ir con la familia, sobre todo con niños pequeños, se lo pasarán en grande en las zonas comunes. Un auténtico lujazo.

Un entorno privilegiado

Fuimos con idea de pasar unos días de relax en un entorno de playa y nos encontramos mucho más. La Costa Quebrada, un entorno de acantilados, calas, dunas e islotes con un sinfín de paseos que te dejan con la boca abierta en cada curva. El apartamento bien equipado y con un jardín y una piscina a la que hemos sacado chispas. Manuel y su mujer, los propietarios, muy amables y dispuestos para ayudar.

Simple et bien

L'appartement se situe au premier etage, il dispose d'un tres bon agencement (une chambre d'un cote, l'autre a l'oppose de l'appartement). Il mériterait d'être rénové, mais est tres propre. La cuisine n'est pas tres equipee (pas de torchon, pas de quoi laver une salade, pas de sel ou poivre...). Nous n'avons pas utilisé la piscine car le temps n'était pas terrible, et l'eau assez fraiche. Les enfants ont bien profité du trampoline. Le propriétaire est charmant et tres sympatique.

Sauberes Apartment in kleiner Ortschaft

Das Objekt liegt in einer Seitenstraße in der kleinen Ortschaft Mogro und ist problemlos per Navi zu erreichen. Den Leihwagen kann auf dem Grundstück in einer offenen Doppelgarage parken. Das Appartement war sauber und ausreichend mit Gläser, Teller , Besteck und Kochgeschirr ausgestattet. Wir hätten gerne paar Kaffeebecher mehr zur Verfügung gehabt. Ausstattung wie beschrieben - 4 Flammen Gasherd ohne Ofen, Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster usw. Auch die Auswahl an deutschsprachigen Fernsehprogramm war fantastisch. Die Vermieter sprechen zwar nur spanisch, sind aber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Ein großer Mercadona ist Umkreis von 10KM und so kann die Grundausstattung an Lebensmittel dort eingekauft werden. Durch den nahen Autobahnanschluss kann man schnell seine Tagestouren erreichen. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub gewesen.

Court mais excellent séjour découverte en Cantabrie. Mogro site central pour aller à l'est ou à l'ouest de la province (Santander, Santillana, Comillas, San Vicente de la Barquera ...ainsi que toutes les rias et sites de la côte sauvage. avantage le train pour la visite de Santander ( très commode 15 ' ). logement impeccable , piscine parfaite…. à recommander

Un lugar encantador

Un pequeño apartamento sin nada q envidiar, estuvimos muy agusto en todo momento, muy limpio todo, los dueños en todo momento un 10, buen trato y siempre dispuestos a ayudar y recomendar sitios. La zonas comunes geniales desde los juegos para niños a la barbacoa y la piscina... Para repetir. Lo bueno del lugar que tambien esta muy cerca para visitar todo e ir a varias playas....

Nice apartment - some issues with descriptions on HomeAway website

The property was good - mattresses quite firm but ok, all nice and clean. Some noise from adjoining apartment one night in the early hours. Good location for trips out and visits to Santander - station 1 mile away. Descriptions on the HomeAway website not really clear - I mistakenly thought that there was only the one apartment in the building but after paying the deposit was told there were two! Also, pool is not private-was shared with owners family and the other apartment

Appartement confortable et propre, bien équipé et bien placé pour la découverte de la région. Terrasse depuis l'appartement et piscine dans joli jardin. Très bon accueil. Parking pratique. Manque juste un porte manteau dans l'entrée et un robinet thermostatique pour plus exigeants d'entre nous.
