Glenvale - 2 Bedroom Apartment - Saundersfoot

Glenvale is a great property situated in the popular seaside village of
Saundersfoot. This well-sized property has its own outdoor parking and
is tucked away in a quiet part of the village. Just a few seconds away
from the property there is a walking path down to The Glen Beach by
Saundersfoot Harbour, making this a perfect place to stay and just a
stone’s throw away from the sea.
The property sleeps four with two bedrooms and everything is on one
floor, making it easy to access. The master bedroom is a sizeable
double, with an abundance of built in wardrobe space for ample storage
and a TV to sit back and enjoy. The twin room has two single beds and
plenty of room for little ones to have their own space. There is also
an additional room which is perfect for storage or a space for a baby
cot if required.
The open plan kitchen has everything you should need for your stay,
with an electric hob, oven/grill, full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher
and washing machine for your convenience and the addition of a
four-seater dining table.
The separate living room is a great place to sit back and relax, with a
widescreen TV for your enjoyment or even make use of the variety of
board games for an evening of family fun. There is an electric fire for
your use too, for a cosy evening if you’re staying in.
The outside area has a large patio with seating for you to enjoy in the
summertime and being just a short walk to the beach, this is the
perfect place for a seaside stay!

When leaving the A48 in Carmarthen take the second exit at the roundabout onto the A40, at the next roundabout take the first exit continuing on the A40, at the next roundabout take the first exit onto the A477, at the next roundabout take the first exit onto Hill Lane, after 0.6 miles turn left onto Station Road, after 0.9 miles keep right onto B4316, after 0.9 miles turn right onto Wogan Ter, after 0.4 miles turn left onto The Glen, Glenvale is half way down on your right.

Weekend Break
Lovely property in a great location, particularly for the coast path! Really well equipped and appreciated the secure garden for the dogs. Worth checking with the property manager where to park as it was a bit confusing and a neighbour did have to tell us which space was ours!
