Welcome to our lovely, modern, light and airy 2 bed apartment, located on the top floor, holding stunning views over Bristol.

The living space is separated from the rest of the apartment, creating privacy, hosting a 43" 4K smart TV. The dining area in combined with a fully equipped kitchen area.

Two large bedrooms. Master bedroom offering a generous king size bed, with bedroom two offering a king size bed along with a separate single bed.

The property has a spacious family bathroom with a shower bath.

SELF CHECK-IN

The property has a lock box on the entrance door, which will provide you with a set of keys for the main entrance door and apartment door.

Note: There is a ring camera monitoring the apartment front door, for your safety.

Cotham is a lovely, high end area of Bristol. A well respected neighbourhood.

Parking is available at the property, very close by, directly opposite. (less than a 2 minute walk). Variable charges and durations. Information is available in the welcome pack.

Note: We do not operate 24/7. Our team is available between 0900 - 1700 Mon - Sat to receive phone calls for support, guest communication & assistance. Sun 1200 - 1700 pm messaging assistance only. We do aim to reply outside these hours, however, we cannot guarantee a response time.
