Villa Julia 1 is a bright and comfortable three-bedroom home located in a quiet area surrounded by orange trees and green gardens. The villa has everything needed for a relaxing stay — a cozy living room, a modern kitchen with all the essentials, and three bathrooms for convenience. Large windows and a covered terrace let in lots of natural light and offer peaceful views of the sea and nearby mountains. Outside, there’s a private swimming pool with space for sunbathing or dining outdoors, perfect for enjoying warm Cyprus days with family or friends. It’s an ideal place for anyone looking for privacy, comfort, and a touch of nature close to the coast.
